1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate wear items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return:
- Email our customer service team at info@johnnybossglobal.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send your items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@johnnybossglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund upon verification.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom orders or personalized products are also non-returnable.
7. Return Shipping Costs Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Johnny Boss is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
